Overview:

We use several carriers for our long distance requirements.  All calls are billed in six second increments from the first six seconds.  Our rates vary but typically, we can offer a $.029 flat rate to most countries, except where we terminate to mobile, which is usually at a higher rate.  We use DID’s, Toll Free and Equal access for our origination, depending on the requirements of the client.  All of the calls are terminated VOIP as all carriers do today.  Please see our rate chart  below.

How it works:

Once we receive your contract we would then load your ANI’s with our carrier and provide you with a confirmation of the loads being completed.  We would then provide you with the necessary programming instructions for your particular phone type to hit the switch and response to its tones.
Once tested on one phone, then all phones would be programmed to the switch and your billing would be online 24/7 for you to see the CDR’s for both attempts and completions.  Your billing is due by the 15th of the month following your calls.

The benefits are SAVINGS to you and accurate, real time reporting on a 24/7 basis.   We can also set high toll notifiers on your account so you can be notified if a particular ani goes over a certain threshold.  We can also set parameters on how much we charge for a particular call so if you wanted to rate your calls for say $1.00 for 10 minutes, we wouldn’t allow any calls to go out that would cost you more than $.10 per minute. Allowing you a profit on all calls. This allows you to track phones that usually give you calls every day and can spot problem phones quicker.  You can load phones online in minutes and get reports in minutes as well.  Customer service is king here.
